Fáilte Ireland, a tourism operator, was looking to understand their luxury travellers in detail to develop a succinct strategy for this exponentially growing sector.
OUR APPROACH
We worked as the sole project owner from the start to the finish of the project, helping establish the luxury travel strategy for the tourism operator. Prepared a thorough and detailed report on the then and future state of luxury travel across the globe, and specifically with in Europe, which involved conducting qualitative in-depth interviews with the industry experts. Analysed data and prepared a detailed report on the quantitative findings of luxury travellers considering Europe as a potential holiday destination. Prepared intuitive reports and infographics to share with the client stakeholder team and created cost benefit analysis for future planning. Prepared revenue forecast models and aspiration targets for the sales and marketing team to effectively target the luxury travellers.
THE INSIGHT
Experiential travel with exclusive access and facilities is key to satisfaction among the HNW individuals. HNWs in US are open to spending more than those in China and India. Key is to unlock their individual requirements and position packages that are exclusively tailor made and not an edited itinerary.
