GRG
Understanding the digital readiness of healthcare trusts
challenge
A national healthcare trust commissioned GRG to conductive 55 in-depth qualitative interviews to understand the current state of digital adoption among its practices and uptake of the electronic health recording systems.
OUR APPROACH
Upon fieldwork completion, we used the qualitative transcripts and transformed this into qualitative and quantitative styled outputs. We prepared a reporting template for the qualitative and quantitative data, which was used to analyse the data and present the insights drawn from it. Handled ongoing queries and further in-depth analysis to look at specific areas of the research.
THE INSIGHT
Digital access is key to a smooth flow of services across all NHS departments. Some have 100% digitization across their departments, while others are inching towards it. HER systems upgradation is key to achieving this, with most CIOs struggling for budgets to implementing it within a specific calendar year.
